• Products & pricing: All prices are in AUD and include GST. We try to keep product info and pricing accurate, but errors can occur — we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel an order if needed (with a full refund).
• Orders: Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline. We'll let you know if we can't fulfil your order and refund you.
• Payment: Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider.
• Allergens & dietary: Please check product descriptions for ingredients and allergen info. If you have a serious allergy, contact us at hello@bippifoods.com before ordering.
• Intellectual property: All content on this site (logo, images, text, recipes) is owned by Bippi Foods and may not be used without permission.
• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Bippi Foods isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
