How It Works

Four steps, one contact

    Send us your enquiry

    Numbers, the packs you like and your delivery date. Minimum order is 6 packs, in any mix of the two.

    We quote and invoice

    We confirm what you need and send a tax invoice with a secure payment link, made out to your business name and ABN.

  • 3

    You pay

    Payment is required before we process and dispatch. Send us your delivery details at the same time, whether that is one address or a spreadsheet of many.

  • 4

    We pack and send

    Dispatched, with tracking sent through to you.

Christmas cut-offs: order and pay by 3 December for Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Tasmania and regional areas, and by 10 December for everywhere else.

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT SHELF LIFE?

All products come with a guaranteed minimum 12-month shelf life, giving recipients plenty of time to enjoy their Bippi favourites.

Who can order corporate gifts?

Our corporate gifting program is for businesses and organisations. We'll need your business name and ABN with your order so we can issue you a tax invoice.

What's included?

You can choose from our La Famiglia Pack and Nonna's Starter Kit, or a mix of both. All corporate orders receive 10% off the retail price.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum corporate order is 6 packs, in any combination of our two gift packs. Above 6, you can order any quantity you like.

How much is delivery?
  • Single address — 12+ packs: Free delivery.
  • Single address — 6–11 packs: $40 flat-rate delivery.
  • Multiple addresses: Flat fee $12 delivery per address.
  • Western Australia & Northern Territory: Delivery is quoted separately for each order.
Can you send gifts directly to each recipient?

Yes. If you send us a list of delivery addresses, we can dispatch each gift individually. Free delivery doesn't apply to individual dispatch, and freight is a flat fee of $12 per box. Get in touch and we'll give you a quote.

Can I include a personalised message?

Yes. We can include a printed card with your message in each gift, so your recipients know who it's from. Just send us your message when you place your order.

How do I pay?

Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you a tax invoice with a secure payment link. Payment is required before your order is processed and dispatched.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 7 days of payment being received. You'll receive tracking details once your order has been sent.

What are the Christmas cut-offs?

To guarantee dispatch in time for Christmas, orders must be placed and paid by:

  • 3 December for Western Australia, the Northern Territory, Tasmania and regional areas
  • 10 December for all other areas
