Refund policy

At Bippi, we want you to love every jar. Because our products are food items, we handle returns a little differently to protect food safety.

Change of mind: As our products are perishable consumables, we're generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped. Please choose carefully — and reach out if you'd like help picking the right products.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email hello@bippifoods.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
