Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 5 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Delivery estimates (after dispatch):
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional/remote areas: 5–10 business days
These are Australia Post estimates and aren't guaranteed, especially during peak periods.
Shipping costs: Calculated at checkout based on your order. Enjoy free shipping on orders over $120.
Lost or delayed parcels: Once dispatched, delivery is in Australia Post's hands, but we're here to help — email hello@bippifoods.com with your order number and we can assist you further.
