
Vodka Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina

Soft gnocchi folded through creamy vodka sauce, finished under the grill until golden, bubbling, and perfectly indulgent.
Ingredients
- 1 jar Bippi Vodka Sauce
- 500g gnocchi
- 200g cooking cream
- 200g mozzarella, torn or shredded
- Small handful fresh basil, plus extra to serve
- Pinch of salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven grill to high. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil and cook the gnocchi according to packet instructions. Once they float to the surface, they’re ready—drain and set aside.
- In an ovenproof frying pan or baking dish, gently heat the vodka sauce over medium heat. Stir through the cream until smooth, glossy, and heated through.
- Add the cooked gnocchi straight into the sauce, along with a handful of chopped basil. Toss everything together so the gnocchi is well coated. Taste and season with a pinch of salt if needed.
- Scatter the mozzarella over the top, then place under the grill for 5–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbling. Keep a close eye on it so it doesn’t catch.
- Remove from the oven, finish with fresh basil, and serve immediately while it’s hot and gooey.
