
Italian Sausages with Chilli Ketchup

These sausage rolls will be perfect for your next BBQ.
Ingredients
- 500g (or 6) italian pork & fennel sausages
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 6 slices provolone dolce
- 6 bread rolls
- Bippi Italian Style Ketchup to serve
Instructions
- Heat either a fry pan, grill plate or bbq and cook the sausages until cooked through and lightly charred. Meanwhile add the red onion to a small frypan over medium heat and add the olive oil, brown sugar, balsamic, and a pinch of salt. Fry gently until softened.
- When the sausages are just about done, top each sausage with the provolone until melted. Alternatively you can add these to the bread rolls after
- Add the sausages to the bread rolls, top with a generous amount of Bippi Italian Style Ketchup, and finish with the balsamic red onions
