
Honey, Soy & Chilli Chicken ribs

This deliciously tasty dish packs a lot of incredible flavours from sweet to salty that leaves the tastebuds singing! Pleasant chilli flavours add flavour and heat that elevates this dish to the next level!
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken ribs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tsp Bippi Mild Chilli Oil
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp Bippi Sriracha Sauce
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch fresh coriander
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 180C. Combine and mix well your chicken ribs with the garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cumin and salt in a large mixing bowl. Once coated, add in the corn flour and mix again until fully coated.
- Place chicken ribs onto baking tray, spreading out evenly. Add a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Bake in the oven for 30 mins.
- Meanwhile, mix your marinade ingredients together, including the Bippi Mild Chilli Oil, tamari, sesame oil, honey, maple syrup and Bippi Sriracha Sauce. Stir well until fully combined.
- Chop the coriander finely and mince the garlic cloves.
- Add olive oil, garlic, 1 teaspoon Bippi Chilli Oil and a handful of chopped coriander to your frying pan. Sauté for a couple of minutes before pouring in your marinade. Let that heat up to a gentle simmer, then add in your baked chicken ribs. Cook the ribs for a few minutes in the pan, making sure they're fully coated in the marinade.
- Then serve on a plate, sprinkle over the sesame seeds and chopped coriander. Dig in and enjoy!
