
Chilli Feta Eggs

Try out this easy, delicious brekky for a spicy start to your day.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100g Greek feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons Bippi Italian Style Chilli (hot, mild or extra hot)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Bread of your choice, toasted
- Optional: finely chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Add olive oil to pan on medium-high heat.
- Crumble feta in pan, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
- Add Bippi Italian Style Chilli to the pan and mix lightly with the feta.
- Crack two eggs on top of the chilli and feta mixture.
- Cover the pan and allow to cook for 8 mins or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Serve with toast, a drizzle of some more Bippi, and chopped parsley and enjoy!
