ingredients

  • 220g rump or fillet

  • 2 Anchovies

  • 2 Baby gerkins

  • 1 Shallot

  • 1tsp Capers

  • Parsley

  • Chives

  • 1tsp Bippi bomba

  • 1tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Egg yolk

  • Drizzle of olive oil

  • Drizzle or Worcestershire

  • Squeeze of a lemon

  • Salt to taste

METHOD

  1. Combine and mix all ingredients.

  2. Top with shaved fennel dressed in white wine vinegar, salt and oil. Serve with toasted baguettes.
