ingredients
220g rump or fillet
2 Anchovies
2 Baby gerkins
1 Shallot
1tsp Capers
Parsley
Chives
1tsp Bippi bomba
1tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Egg yolk
Drizzle of olive oil
Drizzle or Worcestershire
Squeeze of a lemon
Salt to taste
METHOD
Combine and mix all ingredients.
Top with shaved fennel dressed in white wine vinegar, salt and oil. Serve with toasted baguettes.
