Cheesy Chilli Potatoes

ingredients
2 potatoes
OLIVE OIL
BIPPI EXTra hot chilli oil
anchovy paste or diced anchovy fillets
capers
diced garlic
salt
parsley (chopped)
Grated parmigiano reggiano
Method
Slice potatoes 2cm thick and parboil in salt water, drain, and let dry.
Fry potatoes in pan with olive oil on medium heat until golden brown (low and slow).
in the last minute, add to taste: bippi extra hot chilli oil, anchovy paste or diced anchovy fillets, capers, diced garlic, and salt.
mix until well combined then plate and top with more chilli oil, freshly chopped parsley, and grated parmigiano reggiano.
