  • All of the chilli used in our products are sourced locally; supporting Australian farms based in Queensland and Victoria.

  • An authentic chilli-in-oil using the freshest possible chilli, and combining them with salt, oil and white vinegar… that’s it!

    It differs from other chilli oil by carefully blending the chilli with the other ingredients rather than simply infusing or fermenting chilli in oil, creating a richer flavour that leaves you screaming bellissimo!

    bippi sriracha is unique as it differs from the traditional way of using fermented chilli with no added oil. Our product uses fresh chilli and contains olive oil with no adds sugar.

    Bippi Mild Italian Style Chilli has a delicate spice level, focusing on chilli flavour and freshness for universal application on anything! a 2/10 heat level

    Bippi Hot Italian style chilli has a tolerable heat that doesn’t compromise flavour, leaving tastebuds tingly with a pleasant taste! a 5/10 heat level.

    Bippi Extra Hot italian style chilli is for the chilli lovers, with intense flavour and heat that is perfect for anything. a 7/10 heat level.

    Bippi Chilli Olive Tapenade has a light chilli flavour that is balanced perfectly with the salty olives, perfect for most spice tolerances. 3/10 heat level.

  • Nothing artificial is added to our products.

    We use natural preservatives such as oil, salt and vinegar to preserve our products. exactly how nonna does!

  • Yes this is completely normal and safe!

    Separation is a natural process that occurs when oil and vinegar mix without any added emulsifiers.

    bippi’s desire to keep our products natural means separation can occur but don’t worry - If you see occur in your sriracha, simply shake it up and it’s good to drizzle!

  • We recommend consuming the jar within 4-5 weeks of opening and keeping it refrigerated.

    to help increase the shelf life of the product, you can always top up the jar with some good quality olive oil, submerging the chilli.
